- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos (we like this one)

- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon creamy almond or cashew butter

Instructions
- Step 1: Add all dressing ingredients to a wide-mouthed mason jar and use an immersion blender to blend until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Step 2: Season the ahi in salt and pepper and then rub the curry powder over the top, bottom, and sides of the tuna steak.
- Step 3: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once sizzling hot, add the ahi and cook for 30 seconds. Flip and cook another 30 seconds. Adjust the cooking time as needed to reach your desired sear amount.
- Step 4: Thinly slice the seared ahi against the grain into very thin slices with a sharp knife. Lay the ahi over the pineapple slices.
- Serve: Enjoy the seared ahi with the ginger sauce on the side or lightly drizzled on top.
